Some 20 hospitals will be renovated and built in 2024 at costs amounting to EGP 10.9 billion, said Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar on Tuesday.
During a meeting with the ministry leaderships at the ministry headquarters in the New Administrative capital to follow workflow of health projects, the minister said 30 health projects were finalized in 2023.
The minister ordered his ministry leaderships to form a committee to be in charge of medical preparation at medical facilities and meet the medical needs of citizens.
