The Embassy of Ukraine in Cairo condemned the attack of the Russian armed forces that already resulted in more than 40 casualties among the Ukrainian military and many civilians .
In exclusive statements to The Egyptian Gazette, the embassy’s charge d’affairs Ruslan Nechai said that they condemn the Russian full-scale aggression in the heart of Europe . ” The aggressor state crossed the national border of Ukraine and launched missiles , attacking cities with aviation, tanks and artillery ,” he said .
Attacking Ukraine , he continued, is not only from Russia but also from the territory of Belarus and from occupied Crimea.”The Russian side tries to take control of the north Crimean canal .These are the results of the several hours of wars,” he stressed .
The War comes after month of “military blackmail”.
“This reminds of the times of the Second World War when the totalitarian rulers tried to redraw the map of sovereign states in Europe . We cannot let this happen and we must remember the lessons of the past.”

The international organizations have to consider banning Russia membership for gross violations of the international law, the Ukrainian official went on. “We urge the international commmunity to show solidarity with Ukraine by imposing sanctions and cutting Russia off SWIFT and by isolating Russia from international platforms. “
“We call on the international community and all countries to support Ukraine with weapons, protective equipment and everything necessary for fihghfing the biggest army in the continent.”
“We count on the proper reactions from our partners. This is an attack on the entire world . We need to act and coordinate,” he emphasized.
