CAIRO – Egypt’s Foreign Minister and President-designate of the COP27 conference Sameh Shoukry and Environment Minister Yasmine Fouad met on Saturday with Executive-Secretary of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Patricia Espinosa in Cairo.
The meeting came as part of Egypt’s preparations for hosting the COP27 conference, scheduled to be held in Sharm El Sheikh in November, Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Hafez tweeted.
