EgyptAir, a member of the Global Star Alliance, celebrated on Monday Christmas with its customers travelling from Cairo International Airport.
The national carrier offered customers discounts, free excess luggage vouchers and free travel miles and Santa Claus gave souvenirs and had photos taken with travellers in Terminals 2 and 3 before bidding them farewell.
All EgyptAir lounges were decorated for marking the celebrations of the Christmas and New Year, EgyptAir Holding Company chairman Yehia Zakaria said.
EgyptAir main points in the departure and arrival halls at Cairo Airport were also decorated to mark the New Year.
