Egypt has mourned, with deep sorrow, the death of Diab al-Louh, the Palestinian Ambassador to Egypt and its permanent representative to the Arab League, who passed away in Cairo on Sunday.
Al-Louh had a distinguished diplomatic and national career dedicated to serving the Palestinian cause and defending the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
Egypt extends its sincere condolences and deepest sympathies to the brotherly State of Palestine, its leadership, government and people, as well as to the deceased’s family and relatives, the Foreign Ministry in Cairo said in a press release.
Egypt prays Almighty God to grant the deceased His mercy and grant his family and the Palestinian people patience and comfort in their time of grief, it added.
