CAIRO – Egypt’s Foreign Minister and President-Designate of the UN Climate Change Conference 2022 (COP27) Sameh Shoukry discussed Sunday with Executive Director of the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) Inger Andersen ways of promoting climate action at all levels.
The meeting, which was held at the ministry’s premises, came as part of continued contacts held by Shoukry with all the parties involved in international climate action, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid on his Twitter account.
