Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly chaired a meeting on Monday to review final arrangements for the upcoming visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to Egypt.
During the meeting, Madbouly stressed the importance of the visit in strengthening Egypt‑China cooperation and advancing joint projects across multiple sectors. He highlighted the role of the Cabinet’s China Unit in deepening ties and identifying new opportunities for collaboration within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership.
The meeting reviewed existing projects and potential areas of cooperation, with emphasis on boosting investment opportunities and building on the positive momentum achieved in recent years. Officials underlined the confidence of Chinese businesses in Egypt’s investment climate and the need to maximise benefits from priority sectors to serve mutual interests.
