CAIRO – Egypt expressed its sincere condolences to the US, its government and people, for the victims of the floods in the state of Texas, which resulted in a number of casualties and injuries.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigration on Sunday affirmed Egypt’s full solidarity with the US administration and the American people during this painful time.It extended heartfelt sympathy to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
According to CNN, at least 50 people, including 15 children, have died in the flooding.
