Egypt has strongly condemned the missile attack targeting Saudi Arabia, describing it as a dangerous escalation that threatens the Kingdom’s security and territorial integrity while undermining efforts to de-escalate tensions and preserve regional peace and stability.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced the attack in the strongest terms, stressing that such hostile acts jeopardise not only Saudi Arabia’s security but also the broader stability of the Middle East.
Egypt reaffirmed its unequivocal rejection of all attacks that target the security and sovereignty of the Kingdom or threaten the safety and stability of countries across the region.
The statement also renewed Egypt’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia, underscoring Cairo’s steadfast support for the Kingdom in confronting any threat to its security, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
