The Arab Republic of Egypt reaffirms its steadfast solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain, underscoring its full support for all measures undertaken to safeguard national security, uphold sovereignty, and ensure continued stability.
In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Sunday, Egypt expresses its strong backing for Bahrain’s efforts to address any actions that seek to compromise its security or intimidate its citizens and residents, while firmly rejecting all forms of external interference in the Kingdom’s internal affairs.
Furthermore, Egypt reiterates its enduring position that the security and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain, alongside all member states of the Gulf Co-operation Council, are inseparable from and fundamental to Egypt’s own national security.
This position comes in light of recent regional developments and security challenges that have heightened concerns over stability in the Gulf region.
Bahrain has faced continued attempts to incite unrest and exploit regional tensions, prompting the authorities to take precautionary measures aimed at preserving public order and protecting national institutions.
