KAFR El SHEIKH- Fishing activities at Burullus Port were brought to a halt due to bad weather conditions.
In a statement Wednesday, Kafr El Sheikh Governor Gamal Noureldine said, it was decided to halt navigation movement and fishing activities at Burullus Port over bad weather conditions, adding that he tasked concerned bodies to raise the state of alert and take all precautionary measures to deal with any mishap.
He also directed Burullus Port authorities to follow up on the ships docked at the harbor and direct fishermen to avoid fishing trips in such bad weather conditions and abide by all set instructions for their own safety.
