CAIRO – Commander of forces of the east of the canal area to combat terrorism Khaled Bayoumy el-Araby inaugurated Riyad al- Salihin mosque in Nakhl town in North Sinai Governorate on Saturday.
North Sinai Governor Mohamed Abdel Fadeel Shousha was present.
The measure is part of non-stop efforts exerted by the Armed Forces to offer comprehensive developmental support to people in Sinai.
Araby met with a number of Sinai chieftains following the opening of the mosque.
He delivered a speech in which he said the General Command of the Armed Forces is offering full support to make progress and development in Sinai.
In turn, Shousha praised efforts of the Armed Forces in Sinai.
