Speaker of the Arab Parliament (AP) Adel al Asoomi has praised the pivotal role played by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on supporting and defending the issues of Arab nations.
The speaker made his remarks on Thursday at a meeting with assistant foreign minister for parliamentary affairs Salah Abdel Sadeq at the parliament’s headquarters.
Al Asoomi also lauded Sisi’s wise stances and policies at both Arab and international levels.
The speaker added that the parliament is keen to enhance cooperation with the Foreign Ministry to realise the ambitions of Arab peoples, support joint Arab action and serve the interests of the Arab nations.
