Al-Azhar expressed its deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the People’s of Algeria, its leadership and people, as well as the families of the victims of wildfires that broke out in several provinces, leaving a number of people dead and injured. Al-Azhar affirmed its full solidarity with Algeria in this painful ordeal.
Al-Azhar commended the tireless field efforts of Algeria’s civil protection teams, praying to Allah Almighty to help rescue teams contain the fires and assist those affected, and to show them His mercy, extinguish the fires, and protect brotherly Algeria and its people from all harm and misfortune.
Al-Azhar extended its deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the brotherly Algerian people and the families of the victims.
It also prayed for the injured to make a speedy recovery, for their families and loved ones to be granted patience and solace, and for Algeria and all Muslim countries to continue to enjoy security, safety and prosperity.
Meanwhile, Grand Mufti of Egypt Nazir Mohamed Ayyad, who also heads the General Secretariat of Fatwa Authorities Worldwide, also expressed his sincere solidarity with Algeria, its leadership, government and people, following wildfires that swept through several areas of the country, leaving a number of people dead and injured.
He extended his deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the families and relatives of the victims over this painful loss.
The Grand Mufti prayed to Allah Almighty to envelop the victims in His vast mercy and forgiveness, grant their families patience and solace, and bless the injured with a speedy recovery.
He also prayed for Allah to protect Algeria and its people from all harm and misfortune, help the country overcome the repercussions of this ordeal, and preserve its security, safety and stability.
