“Radix Development”, a real estate development company, one of the Saudi Muwafaq Group companies, has contracted with the Saudi “Health Concept” company to manage the medical sector with the “Agile” administrative project in the new administrative capital, which is the first agreement of its kind in the administrative, good and commercial projects in the new administrative capital. The agreement was signed by Sheikh Abdullah Al-Sabaan, Vice Chairman of the Saudi Muwaffaq Group, the owner of “Radix Development” for real estate development, and Sheikh Nayef Al-Samaih, CEO of the Saudi Health Concept Company, a pioneer in the Gulf medical sector.
Sheikh Abdullah Al-Sabaan, Vice Chairman of the Saudi Mwafaq Group for Real Estate Development, said that the contract with the Saudi Health Concept Company to manage the medical sector with the “Agile” project comes within the group’s keenness to provide distinguished medical services that are applied for the first time in the Administrative Capital, in addition to that the Health Concept Company is a company The pioneer in the management of specialized medical facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
Al-Sabban explained that the group seeks to provide an integrated real estate product with international specifications that aims to provide an investment return to the target customers through the services and competitive advantages that the company provides with its first project in the Administrative Capital, which requires that the projects be of international specifications and quality commensurate with this huge project.
Al-Sabban added that according to the contract with the Saudi Health Concept Company, the company will manage the medical part, starting from the construction of the project, the engineering specifications and the materials used for that type of project, in order to ensure the quality of the project.
The Vice Chairman of the Group continued that the implementation work will start during the second half of the current year within the timetable, in which the company intends to intensify its work during the coming period, in addition to pumping investments worth 300 million pounds in the construction works during 2021.
Al-Sabban added that the Saudi Mwafaq Group, which owns “Radix Development” company for real estate development, will supervise the implementation work through one of its advisory branches, and it is planned that the implementation work will be assigned to one of the group’s companies during the next month.
Al-Sabaan added that the group has an ambitious plan to expand in the Egyptian real estate market during the coming period and to pump more investments to develop new projects, foremost of which is the new administrative capital and the new Alamein, to be in line with the state’s orientations.
For his part, Sheikh Nayef Al-Sumaih, CEO of the Saudi “Health Concept” company, expressed his happiness in contracting with the Saudi Muwafaq Group through “Radix Development” for real estate development in its project in the New Administrative Capital, and we are targeting more cooperation with the company’s projects in the future.
Al-Samih explained that according to the contract, the medical part of the “Agile” project will be managed, including specialized clinics, analysis centers, radiology, and pharmacy, through a specialized medical team, in addition to providing technical and advisory support in managing the medical complexes of the project.
Al-Sameeh added that the Saudi Health Concept Company will participate in reviewing the engineering drawings and the internal special finishes of the medical part, in addition to developing a general concept and a complete plan with the expected needs to carry out the complete technical support for the operation of the medical sector in the project.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi “Medical Health Concept” company, based in Riyadh, represented by the trademark “U”, is a joint-stock company with a capital of 7,750,000 riyals working in the medical field in the construction of medical complexes and pharmacies and seeks to provide the best medical capabilities for the family in the main specialties by providing the best equipment and services.
