Al Riyadh Misr for Real estate Development sales have surged by about 40% during the first quarter of 2021 compared to the first quarter the past year, as part of the company’s plan to increase its sales during the current year.

Mohamed Mohy, Director of Sales Department at Al Riyadh Misr, added that the sales will be boosted during the coming period, with low interest on bank savings.

He pointed out that the company carefully selects the sites of its projects to achieve residence, comfort and luxury for their clients, adding that the sites are close to vital areas and services; hence their importance in fulfilling the customer needs, and their assistance in maximising the units investment value.

He explained that the company provides a garden attached to a studio for each unit in the building, a distinct idea meaning that the customer who buys an apartment has a free garden in addition to a studio with areas ranging from 25 square metres to 40 square meters as a feature.

“This idea has also attracted real estate marketing companies to contract with the company; hence its importance as a selling advantage that is not offered in the real estate market except through the Riyadh Misr gate only and exclusively,” he explained.

He stressed that the Adherence to the delivery dates agreed upon with clients is one of the most prominent challenges facing real estate development companies since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis, in order to ensure implementation according to the preset time schedules while preserving the safety of workers and taking the necessary measures”.

Mohy pointed out that AlRiyadh Misr respects the delivery dates with customers and focuses on quality of the projects delivered, expressing the company great confidence in the urban development plans currently being implemented. Egypt is witnessing a tangible construction boom in the size of roads, bridges, cities and housing units.
