“Al Riyadh Misr for Real Estate Development is set to hand over 7 projects in Al-Shorouk City and Beit Al-Watan in New Cairo City during 2021″said Kareem Essam, Director of Marketing at the company.
He confirmed that the market recovery during the first quarter of this year was driven by a number of factors, foremost of which was the low interest rate, which encourages many customers to invest in the real estate sector, hence its higher return and low risk levels.
Kareem forecasted that “Thanks to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s initiative to provide real estate financing at a 3 per cent interest for a period of 30 years, the market positive trend is expected to continue throughout the current year, a matter that contributes to providing housing units for many citizens.”
He explained that the company has created and launched creative idea called “your apartment has a garden”, which is one of the unique marketing and investment ideas that enabled “Al Riyadh Misr” to compete with pioneering companies in the market.
He pointed out that the innovation in promoting and marketing real estate products based on strong market studies ensured strong competition for the developer.
“Al Riyadh Misr is Working in the field of real estate development for 5 years, the company was able to finalise a number of distinct projects and provide a set of various real estate products that meet the needs of a multi-segment of clients, and achieve diversity and integration in the company’s projects portfolio” he said
He emphasised that the company relies on market researches and studies that care for customers’ continuous needs and their aspirations that enable the company to implement and market its products in line with the needs of the target customers.
At the end, he pointed out that over the last three years of working in the company, many innovative promotional ideas were presented addressing segments of customers very carefully which led to the popularity of the brand of “Al Riyadh Misr” in addition to its precedence in providing creative ideas in the market constantly.
