Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Tuesday reviewed a report from the Information and Decision Support Centre (IDSC) about the implementation of an urgent plan to face the global economic crisis.
The report tackles the implementation of the different axes of the plan, which was announced in a press conference in May following directives by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Madbouli said in a meeting.
The plan includes five axes that are meant to empower the private sector, settle industries and increase exports, reduce public debt, activate the Egyptian Exchange and expand the base of beneficiaries from social protection programmes.
