Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has ordered the provision of the required healthcare for those injured in a road accident in Aswan.
Earlier in the day, a tourist bus collided with a pickup truck on Abu Simbel-Aswan road, leaving 10 killed and 14 others injured.
The president offered condolences to the victims’ families and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
Spokesman for the Health Ministry Hossam Abdel Ghaffar said in a statement that 30 ambulances were dispatched to the accident scene to move the injured to hospital for medical treatment.
