The Egyptian Petroleum Ministry is adopting a clear-cut strategy to capitalise on the human element and provide the necessary training to the employees, affirmed Minister Tarek el-Molla.
Molla’s remarks came on the sidelines of signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Shell Egypt and the National Academy for Youth Training and Rehabilitation.
Under the MoU, the Shell specialised training programme will be merged in the various training programmes in the academy, with the aim of developing the sustainable solutions to the problems along with providing training to the academy’s employees and enhancing their capabilities.
The minister hailed the co-operation between Shell Egypt and the academy, which managed to attain unprecedented success in a short period.
The MoU with Shell Egypt came as part of continued success of Shell programme, which was prepared for the third batch of the Executive Presidential Leadership Programme, the flagship programme of the National Training Academy (NTA, and the expanded workshop that was organized on the sidelines of the fourth edition of the World Youth Forum (WYF), said NTA’s Director Rasha Ragheb.
Ragheb, meanwhile, hailed the proficiency of the Petroleum Ministry’s trainees, pointing out to the role played by the Petroleum Ministry in providing training to the leaderships cadres.
