Nesma Airlines announced during its participation in the International El Alamein Exhibition that it is undergoing a strategic transformation with the launch of its new commercial brand, flyplus, for the first time in Egypt.
The company used its presence at the event to strengthen its business relationships. Its participation included new strategic partnerships, exploring potential co-operation opportunities, and discussing plans for the future expansion of its route network. These efforts are intended to provide a strong foundation for flyplus to expand into wider local and international markets.
The new flyplus brand aims to redefine the customer experience. The transformation is not limited to a new visual identity, but also includes changes in the scale and approach of operations. The new system will rely on modern digital solutions to provide passengers with a more convenient, efficient, and smooth travel experience, with passenger comfort as a priority.
As part of this operational expansion, the company announced plans to gradually expand its fleet to 20 aircraft by 2027. In the immediate term, the company is preparing to receive its 13th aircraft, which will join the operating fleet and increase the airline’s capacity while supporting its expansion plans and the opening of new opportunities.
The launch of flyplus and the fleet expansion come at a time of significant growth in Egypt’s tourism and civil aviation sectors. The company also expressed its appreciation for the government’s support and efforts to develop infrastructure and open new airports meeting international standards.
As part of its national responsibility, flyplus affirmed its commitment to supporting the country’s efforts by contributing to tourism growth, increasing inbound travel, and providing services that reflect Egypt’s position as a leading tourism destination worldwide.
