As the 2026/2027 academic year approaches, Nasser Social Bank, chaired by Minister of Social Solidarity Maya Morsy offers financing for school fees to help Egyptian families manage education costs and reduce their financial burden, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Social Solidarity on Tuesday.
Minister Morsy said the financing is part of the bank’s efforts to strengthen its social role and provide solutions that meet citizens’ needs, particularly as families face increased financial obligations at the start of each academic year. The financing aims to help families cover school fees without affecting their ability to meet essential needs.
The financing is available to the student’s legal guardian, or to the mother if the father has died. It also covers several categories, including government and public-sector employees, pensioners and their beneficiaries, private-sector workers and self-employed professionals, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The bank provides financing of up to 100% of school fees, within the prescribed maximum debt-burden limit. Applicants must submit a certificate confirming the student’s enrolment and the amount of the required fees.
The financed amount is transferred directly to the school to ensure that the funds are used specifically to pay the student’s fees.
