Founder: Capacity expansion will support Egypt’s national development projects and meet growing demand for modern construction solutions

Cairo – On the sidelines of Big 5 Egypt 2026

Egypt’s Najeh Engineering, a leading provider of engineering solutions and precast concrete and steel construction systems, announced that its business volume doubled during the first half of 2026, posting 100% year-on-year growth compared with the same period of 2025, driven by an expanding project pipeline and new contracts across the Egyptian market.

Nader Wagih, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, said the company’s strong performance reflects the successful execution of its growth strategy, supported by fresh investments aimed at expanding production capacity and enhancing operational capabilities.

He noted that the company has launched a new precast concrete production line on Egypt’s North Coast to meet rising demand generated by national infrastructure projects and private sector developments.

“The company is committed to sustaining its growth trajectory by improving operational efficiency and expanding its manufacturing capabilities, enabling us to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards,” Wagih said.

Ibrahim Osama, Director of Project Monitoring and Business Development, said Najeh Engineering has strengthened its position by offering integrated engineering solutions and advanced construction systems tailored to the needs of both the Egyptian and regional markets.

He added that internal operational restructuring has enhanced production flexibility and accelerated manufacturing rates, while the company has broadened its product portfolio to include a full range of precast concrete components, including beams, columns, staircases, load-bearing walls, and concrete trusses.

Projects Director Hesham Rashad said the company has maintained high execution rates despite a sharp increase in demand, attributing its competitive advantage to rapid project delivery and strict adherence to project timelines.

“Our ability to execute efficiently has strengthened customer confidence and contributed to the continuous expansion of our project portfolio,” Rashad said.

Speaking on the sidelines of Big 5 Egypt 2026, Eng. Mohamed Nageh Abu Omar, Founder and Managing Director of Najeh Engineering, announced that the company will inaugurate its fourth production facility in Minya Governorate before the end of 2026.

The new plant will complement the company’s ongoing expansion at its Badr City manufacturing facility and the completion of its production complex in New Alamein, significantly increasing its overall production capacity.

Abu Omar said the expansion strategy is designed to support Egypt’s national development agenda and meet the increasing demand for modern construction technologies.

He added that Najeh Engineering is currently executing projects across key infrastructure sectors, including roads, bridges, tunnels, ports, geotechnical works, as well as water and energy facilities.

“The Egyptian market continues to offer significant investment opportunities, supported by the government’s ambitious development plans and large-scale infrastructure projects,” Abu Omar said.

“We remain committed to expanding our investments, strengthening local manufacturing, and promoting greater reliance on high-quality Egyptian-made products in line with Egypt’s sustainable development vision.”
