Internationally renowned actor Will Smith visited the Giza Pyramids today as part of his private holiday, exploring one of the world’s most iconic historical landmarks.
Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, Mohamed Ismail Khaled, briefed him on the site’s extraordinary archaeological features and the significance of recent discoveries across Egypt.
During his tour, Smith expressed a keen interest in the history and antiquities of the area. He affirmed his intention to return with his family in the spring to further explore Egypt’s cultural heritage.
Smith explored the interior chambers and passageways of the Great Pyramid of Khufu. He took commemorative photographs and voiced his admiration for the achievements of ancient Egyptian civilization, highlighting its unique legacy in world history.
This marks Smith’s second visit to the Pyramids; he previously toured the site with his family in 2017, when he also expressed his appreciation for the country’s historic and natural beauty.
