CAIRO – Egyptian Ambassador in Budapest Ahmed Fahmy discussed with Hungarian Justice Minister Bence Tuzson means to boost bilateral cooperation in the technical field and exchanging expertise to develop the judicial system, legislation, mechanisms of achieving prompt justice and combating crimes including cybercrimes and financial technology crimes.
The meeting comes within the framework of promoting ties between both countries in the judicial and legislative fields.
The meeting also comes within the framework of strategic partnership binding between both countries and progress of bilateral relations in the different fields.
Both sides discussed cooperation in the field of digital transformation of justice especially in relation to applying artificial intelligence in managing courts and analysing data to support decision making.
Fahmy lauded the Hungarian experiment in the fields of digitising services and benefiting from information technology.
For his part, Tuzson welcomed aspects of cooperation with Egypt.
