Idris Mohamed, Managing Director of Akam Developments, announced the company launching of new units in its second project in the New Capital ‘SCENE7’ – the first sports complex there – with payment facilities of up to 10 years.
In press statements on the sidelines of the Akam participation in The Real Gate Exhibition, held between 25th –27th March 2021 at Egypt International Exhibition Centre, Mosheer Axis – New Cairo, Idris confirmed that the company targets sales of up to LE2.2 billion this year, and is also studying the launch of a number of other projects in the New Capital, New Alamein and Ain Sokhna.
He indicated that the company has achieved LE3.4 billion in sales from its Scenario Project New Capital, adding that the company has completed sellingthe first phase of the project in full. Delivery of the units will be at the end of this year.
Considered the summary of studies of the company’s research centre, the ‘SCENE7’ includes a group of largest international sports academies, stadiums, covered halls, a main swimming pool and another covered swimming pool, a sports mall, and a commercial mall.
He explained that the Scenario project is the first of the company’s projects in the New Capital, which is located on an area of 39 feddans, in the R7 area, near many other distinct complexes, such as the New Capital Airport, the Presidential Palace, the British University, and many other distinct complexes. The project has so far achieved sales volume amounted to LE3.4 billion.
