CAIRO – Egyptian Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi congratulated the Egyptian swimming team for winning the African Swimming Championship Cup.
The tournament was held from April 27 until May 5 in Angola.
The Egyptian mission clinched 47 medals, including 15 gold medal, 19 silver medal, and 13 bronze medal.
The minister, meanwhile, extended thanks to the administrative and technical staff of the Egyptian swimming team over their constant and sincere efforts, which contributed to attaining such achievement.
