KUWAIT CITY – Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah headed to Cairo on Tuesday for an official visit to Egypt.
The emir is accompanied by a delegation grouping Kuwait’s Finance and State Minister for Economic and Investment Affairs Anwar Al-Mudhaf and Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al Yahya as well as senior officials at the Emiri Diwan.
Egyptian Presidential spokesman Ahmed Fahmy had said the emir will discuss in Egypt means to boost historic bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest.
