The 4th World Youth Forum (WYF) will be in Sharm el-Sheikh on 10-13 January 2022.
The forum comprises such activities as the World Youth Theatre, which presents an opportunity for young people to put on plays and perform standup comedy.
Participants will also be able to showcase their talents in painting, dance, and music, event organisers said on Sunday.
Also on the agenda of the WYF is the Startup Vein, a platform for entrepreneurs to tell their success stories and communicate with other participants, the organisers added.
Entrepreneurs will focus on the role of emerging companies and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in dealing with the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy.
WYF Labs will be held on the sidelines with to bring together young business people to exchange views.
The WYF began as an initiative by a group of young Egyptians at the National Youth Conference with the purpose of engaging in dialogue with their peers from all over the world.
This was realized in 2017 after President Abdel Fattah el Sisi agreed to launch the WYF in Sharm el-Sheikh in November 2017.
