Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry affirmed the importance of boosting coordination among Islamic countries within the framework of the Organisation of Islamic Co-operation (OIC) to help them face up to current challenges and realise development and progress for their peoples.
His remarks came during a meeting he held Wednesday with Hissein Ibrahim Taha, the OIC’s new Secretary General, at the Foreign Ministry’s premises.
