CAIRO – The Egyptian Foreign Ministry instructed its diplomatic missions worldwide to open its doors during official holidays and weekends as of September 28 to work on issuing endorsement forms for presidential candidates ahead of Egypt’s presidential elections 2023, set for December 1, 2 and 3 abroad.
Posting on the official social media page, The Foreign Ministry said the endorsement forms would be issued without any fees.
Upon such instructions, the Egyptian embassies and consulates abroad published posts on social media that they will be ready to receive citizens willing to issue endorsement forms for presidential candidates this Thursday, the official vacation of Al Mawled Al Nabawi, in addition to the weekends and any other upcoming official holidays.
