Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi heads later Monday to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on a visit during which he will meet with President Sheikh Mohamed ben Zayed Al Nuhayan, said presidential spokesman Ahmed Fahmy.
The president and his UAE counterpart will discuss means to cement bilateral relations and consultations on regional and international issues of mutual concern.
The visit acquires importance due to the strong bilateral co-operation and coordination at all levels, the spokesman concluded.
