ADEN – The Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council warned Houthi militias from escalating the situation on the different fronts and continuing to use the just Palestinian cause to undermine all the efforts exerted to bring about peace and stability in Yemen, asserting the risks of the Houthi attacks on international navigation lines.
During its meeting, the council lauded the unified stance of the international community towards these dangerous threats on the freedom of global trade.
The council also welcomed a decision classifying the Houthis as an international terrorist group.
The council gave directives to the government to take the necessary measures to limit the repercussions of the Houthi attacks on the international commercial ships.
