Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council Chairman Rashad al-Alimi called on Yemenis on Friday to mobilise and join the armed forces against the Houthis.
He also offered a future general amnesty to Houthi fighters and affiliates who leave the group starting September 26, Reuters reported.
