KIEV – Since the beginning of the full-scale operations of the Russian Federation, Ukraine has received dlrs 12.7 billion from international partners, most of all received in June-July, Ukrinform reported.
This was announced by the head of the National Bank Kyrylo Shevchenko.
Shevchenko said that since the beginning of the Russian operations, international partners have announced “the amount of financial support for the country at the level of more than dlrs 27 billion.
These funds are used to meet the basic needs of the budget. Now the budget of Ukraine has received dlrs 12.7 billion.
Ukraine received the largest amount during June-July, this is more than 6 billion US dollars.”
He added that more than 50% of the budget deficit was financed through the NBU issue in March-June.
As reported by Ukrinform, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal said that by the end of the year Ukraine would receive about another dlrs 20 billion in aid and support from international partners.
