ISLAMABAD – Two Pakistani policemen were killed in a bomb blast that took place in the northwestern Pakistani district of Bajur on Saturday, according to the US ABC news channel.
District police commander Abdul Samad Khan was quoted by the channel as saying that the blast took place while the two policemen were on a security mission as gunmen detonated the bomb by a remote control device.
Search operations are under way, he said, adding that nobody has claimed responsibility for the attack.
