WASHINGTON – Former President Donald Trump announced winning the US 2024 presidency for the second time.
During a speech he delivered in the US state of Florida Wednesday, Trump expressed his thanks to the American people for the honor of electing him as the forty-seventh president of the US, noting that this is a wonderful victory for the people that will allow the US to be made great again.
Trump secured the 270 electoral votes needed to win the White House following a roughly 100-day sprint of a campaign between him and US Vice President Kamala D. Harris.
