DAMASCUS, – A number of civilians were killed and injured in Israeli airstrikes on Syria’s Homs, Syrian News Agency (SANA) reported Wednesday quoting a Syrian military source.
The Syrian army confirmed Israel’s air attack on areas in Homs province, said the source adding that the Syrian air defense systems confronted the Israeli missiles and shot several of them down.
This aggression led to the killing and wounding of a number of Syrian civilians and financial damage to public and private property, the source added.
