Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has sent a cable to his Nepalese counterpart Ram Chandra Poudel to greet him on the country’s Constitution Day.
Sisi has dispatched presidential secretary Abdel Aziz el Sherif to Nepal’s Embassy in Cairo to offer greetings on the occasion.
