GAZA CITY – The spokeswoman of Palestinian Red Crescent (PRC), Nepal Farsakh, has said that the Red Crescent teams are currently facing great difficulties while delivering aid to southern Gaza Strip after the Israeli forces intensified shelling of the southern Gaza Strip.
Farsakh said in an exclusive statement to “Sky News Arabia” on Monday that the humanitarian situation inside the Strip is tragic, and even during the truce, pointing out that only 1,091 trucks entered the Palestinian enclave.
She mentioned that these trucks don’t meet the needs of the Strip, saying they are not enough to feed more than two million Palestinians who lack food, water and medicine.
He pointed out that the fuel allowed to enter during the truce in small quantities was not enough.
Such trucks do not meet the needs of hospitals that rely on electricity generators, she said, pointing out the number of ambulances is not enough.
