WARSAW – Over 5 million refugees from Ukraine have crossed the border with Poland since the start of the Russian military operation there, Radio Poland said on Friday citing figures from Poland’s Border Guard agency.
Nearly 23,300 refugees from Ukraine crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border Thursday, it added.
On February 24, Russia announced the start of a special military operation in Ukraine.
