WARSAW  – Nearly 3.9 million refugees from Ukraine have crossed the border with Poland since the start of the Russian military operation, announced Poland’s Border Guard on Thursday.

As many as 23,300 refugees crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border on Wednesday, the Border Guard (SG) said.

On February 24, Russia began a military operation in Ukraine.
