The Palestinian National Council has slammed Israel’s recent aggression on Jenin and other parts of the West Bank amid international silence encouraging the occupation to commit more crimes.
In a statement Monday, the council said the Palestinian people face a hardline government seeking killing and destruction.
It accused the Israeli forces of attacking hospitals and medical teams amid silence and double standard policies by the international community.
It urged the international community to shoulder the responsibility of confronting such Israeli crimes calling for turning Israel’s officials to international courts over the crimes they committed against the Palestinian people.
Earlier in the day, three Palestinians were killed and 31 injured by Israeli gunfire during the Israeli military raid in the occupied West Bank city and refugee camp of Jenin.
