GAZA CITY – Israeli Broadcasting Corporation reported on Wednesday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked members of the Israeli Knesset (Parliament) not to talk about the assassination of head of the Hamas political bureau Ismail Haniyeh, reported the Jerusalem Post.
The Israeli prime minister’s officer also issued instructions to Israeli ministers not to talk about Haniyeh’s assassination.
Earlier this morning, Hamas confirmed assassination of Haniyeh in an Israeli raid on the Iranian capital, Tehran, on the sidelines of his participation in the inauguration ceremony of the new Iranian president.
