WASHINGTON – The overall global Covid-19 caseload topped 245.5 million and the deaths surged to more than four million, according to CNN.
In its latest update, Johns Hopkins University (JHU) revealed on Friday that the current global caseload and death toll reached 245,503,879 and 4,980,381, respectively.
The US continues to be the worst-hit country with the world’s highest number of cases that reached more than 45.8 million, according to JHU statistics.
