The Arab ministerial committee, under Saudi Arabia’s chairmanship, held a meeting on Wednesday at the headquarters of the Arab League’s General Secretariat to discuss backing Palestine at the international level.
The meeting, under Deputy Saudi Foreign Minister Waleed bin Abdulkarim el Khereiji, was held on the sidelines of the 160th ordinary session of the AL council.
The meeting took up a plan of action to follow up on the implementation of the Arab Summit’s decision in support of the Palestinian State on the international level.
The committee groups Egypt, Jordan, Algeria, Palestine, Qatar, Lebanon, Morocco and Mauritania, in addition to AL Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit.
