JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia – As many as 42 Arab, Islamic, and Asian countries agreed to join a live broadcast with the Palestinian television in support of the Palestinian issue.
The move is organized by the Union of Radio and Television of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in partnership with Palestinian television.
The joint live broadcast will run for an hour on Saturday at 1:00 PM GMT, MENA reported.
Prominent political, media, and governmental figures, including OIC Secretary General Hussein Ibrahim Taha, will take part in the broadcast.
The Palestinian television, through its extensive network of correspondents, will provide a comprehensive coverage on the developments in the Gaza Strip and other Palestinian territories.
The content will be aired on television and radio stations of the OIC countries to rally international support for Palestine in the face of ongoing challenges.
