To strengthen the role of the private sector in the investment of the local development programs in Upper Egypt, Unionaire Group Technology UGT – the leading company in the field of home appliance – has announced today the launching of the initiative activities of its Upper Egypt complementary journey, which includes 6 governorates, namely, Suhag, Qena, Assiut, Bani Suif, Luxor, and Menia. It also includes establishing two centers to support technical education system, and to strengthen the UGT role in technical training and qualification in both Suhag and Luxor. This step comes from UGT belief in the importance of its developing role in accordance with the government’s vision and the political will to pay more attention to Upper Egypt which represents around 29% of the total population of Egypt.
It is expected that the initiative “Complementary Journey” will include several developing axes for UGT distributors’ network of 120 success partners by granting them competitive price policy, effective maintenance programs to guarantee the achievement of a growth rate in the market share that suits UGT vision in its local expansion. This comes in addition to an integrated package of incentive maintenance programs as well as raising the level of customer satisfaction, and supporting marketing plans for UGT business partners.
Commenting on this statement, Eng. Youssef Osman, Business Development Manager and UGT Board Member said: “The attention given by the Egyptian Government to Upper Egypt has effectively contributed to attracting the private sector to play a constructive role in achieving industrial and economic development goals in one of the most important Egyptian cities in terms of population density and geographical distribution.
He further stated that in UGT, we are working in full swing to enhance our presence in Upper Egypt through an integrated initiative including all possible development axes from integrated software for free maintenance, competitive prices, in addition to logistic centers and marketing activities, technical training and qualification of human cadres, to further provide job opportunities to support young people.
It is worth mentioning here that “Upper Egypt Complementary Journey” initiative includes establishing 6 logistic centers to support the maintenance system in the aforementioned cities, in addition to launching a new line of premium products (Golden Edition) that includes a unique bouquet of refrigeration devices such as refrigerators, stoves, and air conditioners, especially that the initiative coincides with interactive marketing campaign (Road Show) in various key cities in various governorates.
It should be noted that UGT provides all its users with a free maintenance campaign and the provision of free spare parts for cooling devices from no frost refrigerators, deep freezers, and air conditioners within the activities of its initiative.
