Egypt’s Communications and IT Minister Amr Talaat left Cairo Sunday morning to Barcelona to attend the MWC Barcelona 2023.
The event is one of the world’s largest mobile industry trade shows that sees the participation of consumer electronics, connectivity, telecom, smartphone and other related companies.
The event is expected to witness the participation of more than 80,000 people and over 2,000 exhibitors.
Talaat is scheduled to hold talks on the fringe of the event with representatives for heavyweight international companies in IT and communications domain to discuss means of enhancing bilateral cooperation and investment opportunities in Egypt.
Talaat will also take part in a roundtable of the International Telecommunication Union.
