The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) gave instructions regarding the working hours of telecom operators’ points of sale, and for audience transactions, during Eid Al-Fitr.
Instructions regarding summer working hours were also given by NTRA to be as follow:
First day of Eid Al-Fitr will be a holiday for all telecom points of sale except for those located at shopping centers and malls, airports as well as seaports.
As of the second day of Eid Al-Fitr, summer working hours will be applied as follow:
- Throughout the whole week except Thursday and Friday: from 9:00 AM. to 10.30 PM
- Thursday: From 9:00 AM. to 11.30 PM.
- Friday: From 2:00 PM to 11.30 PM.
Whereas operators’ points of sale at the shopping malls shall abide by the working hours of these malls.
